Belconnen, ACT, Jan. 29 -- ACT Policing issued the following media release:

A 39-year-old man has been charged with multiple family violence offences following his repeated alleged breaching of bail and family violencecourtorders.

InSeptember(2025)aSpecial Interim Family Violence Order was issued by the courtand in November(2025)the manreceivedbail conditionsin the ACT Magistrates Court.

Police will allege the mancommitted multiple offences against his former partnerand breached thosecourt orders.

Yesterday (Wednesday, 28 January 2026), officers from the Domestic and Family Violence Investigations Unitattended a residence andarrested the 39-year-old. He was charged with four counts of aggravated common assault, property damage, three counts of contraveninga family violence order, usinga carriage service to menace or harassandbreach of bail.He is expected to face the ACT Magistrates Court today (Thursday, 29 January 2026).
