Belconnen, ACT, Nov. 19 -- ACT Policing issued the following media release:

The wanted 25-year-old man police sought assistance to locate earlier this week has been arrested.

About 6pm last night (Thursday, 20 November 2025), the man was located in a Tuggeranong car park and was subsequently arrested.

He has been charged with three counts of acts endangering life with an offensive weapon, two counts of possessing a prohibited firearm, two counts of theft, two counts of damaging property, recklessly inflict actual bodily harm, threat to another - arson building, driving motor vehicle without consent, possessing ammunition, aggravated burglary withintent to commit theft, making demands accompanied by threats and taking motor vehicle without consent.

He is expected to face the ACT Magistrates Court today (Friday, 21 November 2025).

ACT Policing is urgently seeking the public's assistance to locate wanted 25-year-old man Kye Rowe.

Mr Rowe is wanted for serious violent offences.

He is described as Caucasian in appearance, about 172cm (5'8") tall, with short dark brown hair and a thin build. He has facial, arm and hand tattoos.

He was last seen this afternoon (Wednesday, 19 November 202), at 3:15pm on Archibald Street in Lyneham. He was wearing grey shorts and no shirt.

Police believe he is now moving around in the Belconnen area.

ACT Policing is urging Mr Rowe to surrender himself to the nearest police station or to contact police and provide his location.

Members of the public are urged not to approach Mr Rowe, but to contact ACT Policing on 131 444 immediately to report any information regarding his whereabouts quoting P2399590. Information can be provided anonymously.
