Police have seized a homemade firearm, gel blaster,and a motorbike stolen in 2021as part of an investigation into illegal firearms.
Followingasearch warrant inHolder onSaturday(25October 2025),police receivedfurtherinformation aboutstolen items being stored at a residence inKambah.
Yesterday (Wednesday, 29 October 2025) police attendedtheresidence inKambahandseized a homemade firearm and gel blaster pistol, along with a dirtbikereportedstolen in 2021.
Police also seizedother suspected stolen property, includingAustralianDefenceForceuniforms, sportsmemorabilia, multiplehouseand vehicle keys not belonging to theoccupant,and alcoholic spirits distilleryequipment.
Investigations are ongoing and further charges against the 38-year-old manwho wasarrested following the search warrant in Holderare expected to be laid.
